Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

Welcome to TechVeda! By downloading or using the TechVeda mobile application or browsing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and highly effective learning environment for all users. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use TechVeda.

1. Educational & Informational Purpose

TechVeda is an open educational platform developed by Suresh Yadav. All courses, guides, checklists, and manual resources are provided purely for informational and learning purposes:

  • Content Accuracy: While we endeavor to keep the tutorials, manuals, and coding guides up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the absolute accuracy or completeness of the content.
  • Not Professional Advice: The tutorials (especially ethical hacking roadmaps or system administration manuals) do not constitute professional advice or direct security clearance. You are fully responsible for how you apply these coding principles.

2. AI Study Assistant Simulator Guidelines

The TechVeda AI Assistant components are powered by Google's Gemini 1.5 Flash models:

  • Intended Use: The AI tool is designed to assist in summarizing programming syntax, clarifying compiler errors, and providing conceptual coding breakdowns.
  • User Inputs: You agree not to input malicious scripts, sensitive personal credentials, copyrighted intellectual property, or offensive prompts into the assistant.
  • AI Outputs: AI-generated responses may occasionally contain omissions, stylistic errors, or code bugs (commonly referred to as hallucinations). Always test and cross-reference code solutions in local test environments.

3. Intellectual Property & MIT License

We believe in open knowledge. The codebase of the TechVeda application is licensed under the MIT License.

This means you are free to download, study, modify, and build upon the application's underlying code, provided that the original copyright notice and permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

Please note that course manuals, graphics, icons, and copyrighted books displayed within the reader remain the property of their respective creators and authors and are shared strictly under fair educational usage guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TechVeda strictly in compliance with all local and international laws:

  • No Malicious Activity: You must not attempt to reverse engineer the website API, overload the Gemini API quota, or distribute malware via our application links.
  • Ethical Learning: Courses related to cyber security, ethical hacking roadmaps, and terminal commands must be studied and executed exclusively in sandboxed, authorized, or virtual machine environments. We do not condone or support illegal intrusion of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer Suresh Yadav shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to device performance drops, data loss, or server interruptions.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When terms are updated, we will post the changes immediately on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued usage of TechVeda constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
